It's a bit blurry, but I took this autumnal photo of my feet in leaves not long before the sun set this evening. Fall is my all-time favorite season for many reasons. The food, the colors, the weather. The list goes on and on.
I was on my way to an aerial yoga class (which has become my new jam!) and spotted this beautiful red leaf atop a mound of drying brown. I love the way the colors vividly change and fade so quickly. It's a good reminder to breathe deep, stay present and live in each moment and know you are enough.
I think I'm still feeling quite zen after so many inversions from class.
What are some activities or hobbies you do to unwind? Or practices that help you stay focused on the task at hand? I hope your week starts out with many little reminders of your value!
And if you're curious-yes my skin really is that pale.
